Description/Agenda: CANCELLATION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF MORGAN, CITY Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Morgan City, Utah, will BE CANCELLING a Public Hearing in connection with their meeting on Tuesday, June 18th, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. The Planning Commission will receive public comment regarding the following items: - Rezone from Rural Residential (RR) and Single-Family Residential (R-1-12) designation to single-Family Residential (R-1-10) designation located approximately 700 East and 100 South, parcel #00-0003-8453, serial # 04-045, 21.06 acres. - Mixed Residential Overlay Zone located approximately 700 East and 100 South, parcel #00-0003-8453, serial # 04-045, 21.06 acres. Morgan City Office is located at 90 West Young Street. The items will be available on the City's website at www.morgancityut.org.
