CLEVELAND TOWN PLANNING & ZONING AGENDA June 5, 2024 at 7:00 pm 130 West Main, Cleveland Call to Order Pledge Minutes: Approve May 1, 2024 minutes This time has been set aside for any person to express ideas, concern, comments, questions or issues that are not on the agenda. Please state your name and place of residence Please limit your comments to three minutes State Law prohibits the Commission from acting on items that do not appear on the agenda. Action Agenda: 1. Zac Jensen and Savannah Elley would like to apply for a business license for their business. 2. Paul and Louise Broderick would like to know the procedure to tear down a house on their property so they can build a new one on the foundation. 3. Adjourn meeting. The next regular Planning Commission Meeting will be held on July 3, 2024 at 7:00 pm at the Cleveland Town Office, 130 W. Main, Cleveland, unless otherwise noticed.
