- The Richmond City Council will hold a public hearing on Thursday, June 20, 2024 at the Park Community Center located at 90 South 100 West, Richmond, Utah no sooner than 6:45 P.M. The public hearing is for the purpose of making amendments to the Fiscal Year 2024 Budget which is the period of July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024 and discussing the Fiscal Year 2025 Budget which is the period of July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025.
