Description/Agenda
Public hearing and recommendation of Boyd Brown's request for review of the Exchange Business Park Zone Change on 1.19 acres located at approximately 1500 North 3600 West, changing the zoning from R-3 (high density residential) to Neighborhood Commercial. Public hearing and recommendation of the Lehi City, Strata Networks, and Gardner Plumb LC. Development Agreement on 51.45 acres located at approximately 2500 West Main Street. The proposed Agreement includes a change in the land use designation from Very Low Density Residential Agricultural (VLDRA) to Public Facilities and Very Low Density Residential (VLDR). Public hearing and recommendation of Boyer Company's request for review of a grading permit for Holbrook Industrial Building 5, on 17.6-acres located at approximately Redwood Road and 2100 North. Lehi City requests a review of an amendment to the Lehi City Development Code Table 37.100, amending the requirements for bicycle parking.
