Grand County Utah Government Live On Youtube Join The Zoom Meeting Workshop 2:00 PM Joint Planning & County Commission Workshop Elissa Martin, Planning and Zoning The planning department has been tracking a long list of LUC updates over the past two years. Staff has presented this list to the Planning Commission and Commission at their most recent meetings, to get initial feedback. Most of the revisions are simple updates that will clear up problem areas which have caused issues with interpretation and applying the code consistently. The changes would help to fill in some of the apparent gaps, where the code is silent when it should address something specifically. The list also includes important revisions that will bring the LUC into compliance with State Statute. The purpose of this workshop is to identify those LUC updates that should be prioritized to be accomplished within the 180 day moratorium period, which began on February 20, 2024
