Notice is hereby given that the Central Wasatch Commission Stakeholders Council Millcreek Canyon Committee will hold a meeting on Monday, June 17, 2024, beginning at approximately 1:30 P.M. Please take notice that a quorum the Board of Commissioners (the 'Board') of the Central Wasatch Commission (the 'CWC') may attend the meeting of the Stakeholders Council Millcreek Canyon Committee scheduled for Monday, June 17, 2024, beginning at 1:30 P.M. The agenda for that meeting of the Committee is accessible here: Utah Public Notice Website, the anchor location, The Salt Lake Tribune, and Deseret News.

1:30 P.M. Opening
1. Chair Del Draper will open the public meeting as Chair of the Millcreek Canyon Committee of the Central Wasatch Commission Stakeholders Council.
2. Review and approval of minutes from the March 18, 2024 meeting.
1:35 P.M. Staff Update
1. Staff will discuss the new Stakeholders Council Newsletter.
1:40 P.M. FLAP Grant Discussion
1. Committee members will discuss the ongoing Millcreek Canyon FLAP Grant project.
2:00 P.M. Millcreek Canyon Shuttle Discussion
1. Committee members will discuss a proposal for a potential shuttle in Millcreek Canyon and the reactions to the proposal from the Forest Service.
2:20 P.M. Other Updates
1. Committee members may hear updates on other matters impacting Millcreek Canyon.
2:30 P.M. Closing
1. Chair Draper will call for a motion to adjourn the Millcreek Canyon Committee meeting.
