- The mission of the Summit County Public Art Advisory Board is to celebrate and unite Summit County residents through public art. Program projects are aligned with County Core Areas of transportation, environmental sustainability and economic diversity. AGENDA SUMMIT COUNTY PUBLIC ART ADVISORY BOARD Tuesday, June 4th 2024 at 4:00pm, Summit County Richins Building, Room 133, 1885 W. Ute Blvd., Park City, UT 84098 The Summit County Public Art Advisory Board will also meet electronically, via Zoom, on Tuesday, June 4th, 2024 at 4:00 p.m. The following is the agenda for said session: 1. 4:00pm CALL TO ORDER: Called to Order by: 2. BOARD DISCUSSION AND ACTION ITEMS Washakie Exhibit Planning-Jocelyn Scudder (45 minutes) $3,000 RAP finding to be used exclusively for Washakie: Through the Lens of Time exhibit (Please see estimated budget in Board Packet) -Discuss possible exhibit locations, curator, opening event, and timing -If necessary, vote to move forward with exhibit plan Art Piano + Ledges Project Updates-Thea Henney (10 minutes) Art Piano Confirmed Dates June 21: Park City Opera at Kamas Library July 19: USUO at Kimball Junction Library Art Piano In-Progress Dates August: USUO at Ledges Event Center Mid-July: Park City Opera at Kamas Library Vote on canceling the July 2nd meeting due to proximity to holiday-Thea Henney (3 minutes) Favorite Public Art Piece Presentation - Georgia Todd (5 minutes) -Andy Goldsworthy's Spire & Wood Line in the Presidio, San Francisco, CA. -Select presenter for next meeting 5.
