DOCUMENT 00 11 13 ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS FOR 2024 SAFE ROUTES TO SCHOOL PROJECT Sealed Bids for the construction of the 2024 Safe Routes To School Project will be received by Brigham City, at the office of the City Recorder, 20 North Main Street (PO BOX 1005, if USPS), Brigham City, UT, until 10:00 a.m. local time on June 20, 2024, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project consists of This project involves installing 17,235 sf of sidewalk, constructing new drive approaches, 1,400 lf of curb and gutter removal and replacement, asphalt patching, relocating water meters and signs in area of new sidewalk, 2 catch basins, 82 lf of RCP, and landscape restoration and is generally located near 400 North and Mountain View Drive and the surrounding area. The project has an Engineer's Estimate of $861,515. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis, as indicated in the Bid Form. All documents listed in paragraph 7.01 of the Bid Form must be submitted. No pre-bid conference will be held. The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Jones & Associates Consulting Engineers, 6080 Fashion Point Drive, South Ogden, Utah, (801) 476-9767. Questions related to the Bidding Documents are to be submitted in writing to Karter Isaacson, karter@jonescivil.com no later than 10:00 am on June 18, 2024. Bidding Documents may be viewed and purchased online at www.jonescivil.com. Following registration and payment of $20.00, complete sets of Bidding Documents may be downloaded from the Issuing Office's website as portable document format (PDF) files. Upon request, a printed copy of the Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office for $40 per copy. Costs related to obtaining Bidding Documents are non-refundable. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bidders shall submit proof of qualifications to perform the Work as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any informality in a Bid, and to make awards in the best interests of the Owner.
