Description/Agenda: PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE - CANCELLED 06-04-2024 The Springville City Planning Commission will consider the following item(s) at the public meeting scheduled for Tuesday, June 11, 2024 at 7:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers, located at 110 South Main Street. The public is invited to attend and comment on the following: 1)Continuation of Eternal Springs, LLC requesting to amend the Springville City Code, Title 11 Development Code to permit Senior Independent Living in the Neighborhood Commercial (NC) zone. Review date and time are SUBJECT TO CHANGE. For further information, please contact the Community Development department at 801.491.7861.
