RIVERTON CITY PUBLIC NOTICE
The Riverton City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, June 13, 2024 beginning at 6:30 p.m. in the Riverton City Municipal Building located at 12830 South Redwood Road to hear following item(s):
1. Checketts Private Lane, PLZ-24-2021, a conditional use permit application for a private lane to accommodate two lots located at 13341 South Trestle Lane. Applicant - Kelly Checketts
2. River Ridge Amended Subdivision, PLZ-24-1003, an application to combine two lots into one, located at 13214 and 13198 South Ariat Cove. Applicant - David Friess
3. Rindlesbach Homes, PLZ-24-4002, a rezone application for 5.08-acres located at 2400 West 11800 South from R-3 (Low-Density Residential) to R-4 (Medium-Density Residential). Applicant - Moore Homes
This meeting is open to the public. A staff report will be available for public review through the City website prior to the meeting. Audio and video of the meeting will be broadcast live. All comments submitted before 5:00 pm on the date of the hearing will be relayed to the Planning Commission. Riverton City Hall is an accessible facility. Individuals needing special accommodations or assistance during this meeting shall notify the City Recorders Office at 801-208-3126, at least two business days in advance of the meeting. Accessible parking and entrance are located on the south end of the building with elevator access to the City Council Chambers located on the second floor.
