APPROVAL OF MINUTES from November 6, 2023 3. UPDATE ON REPAIRS FOR THE HISTORIC RUSSELL HOME 4. UPDATE ON THE APPLICATION TO PUT THE DITCHES AND THE ROCKVILLE HISTORIC DISTRICT ON THE NATIONAL REGISTER OF HISTORIC PLACES 5. DISCUSS a Utah Department of Agriculture and Food Invasive Species Mitigation (ISM) Grant to remove Russian Olive trees and Scotch Thistle from the 14-acre GHPP parcel on the highway. 7.
