- AGENDA Grafton Heritage Partnership Project Monday, June 3, 2024, at 5:00 P.M., Rockville Town Hall The Grafton Heritage Partnership Project (GHPP) will hold a meeting on Monday, June 3, 2024, at 5-6 P.M. in the Rockville Community Center, 43 E. Main, Rockville, Utah. AGENDA: 1. CALL TO ORDER 2. INTRODUCTIONS: NEW EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR Reuben Wadsworth and new GHPP Board member Merrill Riggs. 3. APPROVE MINUTES, from November 6, 2024 4. TREASURER's REPORT 5. Set up a Venmo account for donations. 6. REVIEW GHPP IRS TAXES 7. Approve GHPP Board's Conflict of Interest Policy 8. Discuss the proposed Grafton Management Plan 9. Rent a 5' X 12' storage in Hurricane for Grafton office files for $50 a month. 10. Buy Mail Chimp email program for $40 a month. 11. Discuss a Utah Department of Agriculture and Food Invasive Species Mitigation Grant to remove Russian Olive trees and Scotch Thistle for the 14 acres parcel on the highway. 12. Buy Donor Database software for $500 a year, Little Green Light 13. UPDATE ON MAINTENANCE OF GRAFTON 14.
