NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
June 11, 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Layton City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, June 11, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Layton City Center, 437 North Wasatch Drive, to review a proposal to amend the General Plan land designation from Urban District to Commercial and to rezone approximately 0.65 acres of property from 'MU-TOD' (Mixed-Use, Transit Oriented Development) to 'C-H' (Planned Highway Commercial). The property is located at approximately 282 North Main Street.
The hearing will be held at the regularly scheduled Planning Commission meeting. Public comments are welcomed.
