NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING: Carol Lee Subdivision Plat Amendment and Deviation Request.
Draper City will hold a public hearing before the Planning Commission to consider the above-listed request. The property is located at approximately 995 E 12600 South. The purpose of the request is to subdivide Lots 2 and 3 of the Carol Lee Subdivision so there are three lots instead of two. The deviation is a request to keep 12600 South and 1015 East as is and not improve them.
