CHAIRMAN ISSUES: Summer Youth Art Camps. Progress of plans for the art show at the Fling.
Update on plans to add laminate to the stage at Community Center, Plans for the Amphitheatre at the new park. Update of Contract with TSO.
DISCUSSION ITEMS:
1. Each director report, Childrens Choir by KeriLynn, Art Classes by Shauna, Theatre report by Ellen or Jordana and plans for fall play, Annie ideas for fundraising and plans for farmers market. Linda Update on Craft Fair, Graphics and website update, any City requests Doug Courtney, Input Elaine and Carol, Quilting, Kelly and Glade Finance. .
