- PUBLIC NOTICE Tremonton City gives notice that on Tuesday, June 11, 2024 at 5:30 p.m. or soon thereafter, at the Tremonton City Civic Center, 102 South Tremont Street, Tremonton, Utah, the Tremonton Planning Commission will hold a public hearing concerning the zoning of the proposed Calder annexation of real property (Tax ID Nos. 05-079-0006). The applicant has discussed a mixed-residential use for the parcel which can only be achieved by the approval of an overlay zone. Therefore, the Planning Commission will assign the property's base zoning. The property is located on the north side 10000 North adjacent to the railroad tracks. The complete legal description and plat relating to the proposed annexation are available for review at the office of the City Recorder, 102 South Tremont Street, Tremonton, Utah during regular business hours.
