- PUBLIC NOTICE The Garden City Planning Commission will hold their regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, June 5, 2024, immediately following their Public Hearing at 5:00 p.m. at the Garden City Lakeview Building, located at 69 N. Paradise Parkway, Building C. AGENDA 1. Roll Call 2. Approval of Minutes a. Public Hearing b. Regular Meeting 3. Discussion/Approval of Plat Amendment for Elk's Ridge Phase 2 to change the name to Lakeview at Bear Lake. Trent Ferguson/Dream Developers 4. Discussion/Approval of Ordinances: #24-15 - An Ordinance Updating Computation of Off-Street Parking Spaces #24-16 - An Ordinance Updating Short-Term Rental Parking Requirements and Additional Criteria #24-17 - An Ordinance Updating Commercial Business Parking Requirements 5.
