A. Wasatch Environmental, Nu Cleaners Change Order Request, Brittany Lopez
We are requesting approval regarding a change order for our Wasatch Environmental contract. This upcoming phase of testing entails extracting multiple samples to a depth of 200 feet, conducting horizontal testing, and removing concrete slab and soil extending 10 feet near the senior center.
This crucial step aims to assess how deep the contamination may be. Depending on the findings, further mitigation efforts may be necessary. This keeps us in compliance with DEQ requirements.
