NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of St. George, will hold a public hearing at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 11, 2024 at St. George City Offices located at 175 East 200 North, St. George, Utah to consider the following: 1. A request to change the zoning from RE-37.5 (Residential Estates 37,500 square feet minimum lot size) to PD-C (Planned Development Commercial) on approximately 1.2 acres. The property is located on the northwest corner of Sugar Leo Road and Pioneer Road. The application also includes adopting a use lit for the development as well as a review of the site plant of a proposed parking lot on the site. The application is Dixie Power and the representative is Craig Coats. The project is known as Dixie Power Parcel SG-BR-1-58.
