PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Brigham City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to receive input on an amendment to the Brigham City Code, Title XV Land Usage, Chapter 156 Zoning, Section 156.360 Accessory Dwelling Units, to address and clarify the requirements of utilities, utility connections, utility meters, and impact fees for detached accessory dwelling units AND ownership and recordation requirements for all accessory dwelling units. The public hearing will be held Tuesday, June 18, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. in the Brigham City Council Chambers, 20 North Main Street, Brigham City, Utah. Information regarding this matter is available during business hours by contacting the Brigham City Community & Economic Development Office at (435) 734-6604.
