PUBLIC NOTICE THE OAKLEY CITY COUNCIL WILL HOLD A PUBLIC HEARING ON: WEDNESDAY JUNE 12, 2024, AT 7:00 PM OAKLEY CITY HALL 960 WEST CENTER STREET, OAKLEY UT 84055 DISPOSAL OF CITY-OWNED REAL PROPERTY The purpose of this public hearing is to receive public comment on the potential sale or other disposal of real property owned by Oakley City, namely some or all the parcels described below: RVE-1-X: Oakley City Recreation Complex Parcel OT-270-X: Pinion Lane/Boulderville Road Area OT-50-A-X: City Center (North Side of Center Street) OT-41-X: City Center (North Side of Center Street) Portions of Parcel numbers OT-270-X and RVE-1-X are under consideration. Parcel numbers OT-50-A-X and OT-41-X are small remnant parcels in the City Center North area that were assigned new parcel numbers after the last public hearing in August of 2022. The new parcel numbers are due to a city survey that was completed to clean up parcel boundaries and remnant parcels in the City Center property. These properties were under consideration for disposal at the August 2022 Public Hearing under a different parcel ID. For more accurate administrative records these properties are being noticed again under their respective parcel numbers. Please limit your comments to 3 minutes. Comments may be submitted in writing prior to the meeting and will be included as part of the permanent record. All written comments must be submitted by June 12th at 4:00 PM and may be submitted in person at the Oakley City offices located at 960 West Center Street, Oakley UT 84055 or by email to amy@oakleycity.com. In compliance with the Americans Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this hearing should notify the City Recorder, Amy Rydalch at (435) 783-5734 at least 3 days prior to the hearing. PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given the Oakley City Council will hold this public hearing at the above time and place specified.
