Millcreek, Utah Public Hearings Notice Notice is hereby given that the Millcreek Planning Commission will hold four public hearings at approx. 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 19, 2024, at City Hall, 1330 E Chambers Avenue, Millcreek, Utah 84106: 1) consideration of SDA-24-003, request for a subdivision amendment for 10 properties within Plats A and B of the Cove on Mt. Olympus Subdivision by applicant Richard Matheson; 2) consideration of ZM-24-004, request to rezone from R-2-8 Medium Density Residential Zone to R-M Multifamily Residential Zone at approx. 950 E Grape Ivy Way by applicant Chase Freebairn; 3) consideration of ZT-24-004, update to Millcreek's Wireless Telecommunications Code; and 4) consideration of ZT-24-002, update to Millcreek's Procedures Chapter. A copy of the associated information for the hearings is on file for review at City Hall and on the City's website at: https://www.millcreekut.gov/AgendaCenter. The public is invited to attend or watch the hearings and make comments. The meeting will be live streamed via the City's website at: https://www.millcreekut.gov/373/Meeting-Live-Stream. Public comment can be submitted via the City's website at: https://www.millcreekut.gov/FormCenter/Contact-Us-5/Public-Comments-61.
