- PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Amendment to Chapter 6.1, Moderate Income Housing Plan, Snyderville Basin General Plan Public notice is hereby given that the Snyderville Basin Planning Commission, in accordance with section 10-9-18 of the Snyderville Basin Development Code, will conduct a public hearing to discuss and possibly forward a recommendation to the County Council regarding proposed amendments to Chapter 6.1 of the Snyderville Basin General Plan. The purpose of the amendment is to bring Chapter 6.1 into compliance with Utah State Code.
