INVITATION TO BID City of North Salt Lake 10 E Center St. North Salt Lake City, Utah 84054 Sealed bids for construction of the 'Secondary Waterline & Street Resurfacing, Elk Hollow Rd & Elk Hollow Cir' Project will be received by the city of North Salt Lake at the public works building, 10 East Center St. North Salt Lake City, Utah 84054 until 3:00pm, Tuesday, June 11th, 2024; and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud. The Bidder shall indicate the Construction Contract title, the name and address of the Bidder, and the date and time of the Bid opening. Questions can be submitted to Massimo Fry with ESI Engineering at massimo.fry@esieng.com. The work to be Performed consists of furnishing all labor, tools, backfill material, pavements, equipment, transportation, and services required for the construction of the above described project as included in the Contract Documents; consisting of the following items of work: Installation of approximately 1710 feet of secondary waterline, resurfacing of approximately 7,450 square yards of asphalt, and concrete repair; all in accordance with the North Salt Lake City Standard specifications and details, as well as the Drawings and Specifications prepared by ESI Engineering, INC. The Engineer's Opinion of Cost for the total project is $650,000.00 to $675,000.00. Copies of the Contract Documents may be obtained from the City website at www.nslcity.org. Notice of Posting: I, the duly appointed City Recorder for the City of North Salt Lake, certify that copies of the Invitation to Bid for the Secondary Waterline and Street Resurfacing, Elk Hollow Rd. and Elk Hollow Cir. Project scheduled for bid opening on June 11, 2024 at 3:00 p.m. were posted on the Utah Public Notice Website: https://www.utah.gov/pmn/, City's Website: https://www.nslcity.org, and at City Hall: 10 E.
