Review of minutes from May 8, 2024
1. SOUTH VALLEY RANCH ESTATES SUBDIVISION-PHASE 1;
Consider a 5 lot major subdivision for JJ Lund, located at approximately 3250 South Jones Road, Monroe, Utah.
2. CLUFF MINOR SUBDIVISION-LOT VACATION;
Consider a vacation of Lot#3 of the Cluff Minor Subdivision, which will coincide with the River Creek Development minor subdivision. For Randy and Candy Morrison Located at 530 South Cougar Ridge Road, Sevier, Utah.
3. RIVER CREEK DEVELOPMENT;
Consider a two lot minor subdivision for Randy and Candy Morrison, located at 530 South Cougar Ridge Road, Sevier, Utah.
Planning Commission Meeting will be held in the Commission Chambers of the Sevier County Administration Building, 250 North Main Street, Richfield
