ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS TOWN OF LAKETOWN, 10 NORTH 200 EAST, LAKETOWN, UTAH, 84038 General Notice: TOWN OF LAKETOWN (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: 2024 Pavement Preservation. Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the town office located at 10 North 200 East, Laketown, Utah, 84038, or electronically by email until June 11, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. local time. At that time, the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. All Bids submitted electronically should be sent by email to both Bart Jensen at b.jensen@jonesanddemille.com and Brooks Jones at brooks.j@jonesanddemille.com. The Project includes the following Work: Approximately 100 square yards of pavement repair, 56,000 square yards of chip seal and other associated work. Bids will be received as a single contract. The Project is expected to be substantially completed by August 31, 2024. Obtaining Bidding Documents: Information and Bidding Documents for the Project can be found at the following designated websites: www.jonesanddemille.com or www.questcdn.com Bidding Documents may be downloaded from the designated websites for a fee of $30.00. The designated websites will be updated with addenda, plan holders list, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. Official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered through the designated websites.
