- River Heights City Budget Hearing The River Heights City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, June 4, 2024 at their meeting, which starts at 6:30 p.m., held at the River Heights City Building, 520 South 500 East, to hear comment on and adopt the 2024-25 Tentative Budget, copies of which are available for review in the River Heights City Office Mon-Thu from 9:30 am until 2:30 pm at the same location, or at www.riverheights.org.
