PUBLIC NOTICE FOR ANNEXATION PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Koosharem Town Council will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, June 12, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. in the council room located at 45 North Main Koosharem, UT for the purpose of accepting comments concerning the proposed annexation of real property owned by LaDon Torgersen and located within the areas of the annexed territory for future expansion defined by Koosharem Town. The property is located at approximately Brown's Lane- Meadow View Drive. The complete legal description and the plat relating to the proposed annexation are available for review at the office of the Town Clerk 45 North Main St. Koosharem, UT CERTIFICATE OF POSTING THE UNDERSIGNED DULY APPOINTED CLERK, DOES HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE ABOVE NOTICE WILL BE PUBLISHED IN THE RICHFIELD REAPER AND POSTED AT THE KOOSHAREM TOWN OFFICE AND GRASS VALLEY MERC ON THE 28th DAY OF MAY, 2024.
