- Call to order. Welcome and introductions. Courtland Nelson, Chairman. 1. Adoption of minutes from May 1st meeting. 2. Public comments. 3. Updates on Midway Open Space actions. Certified Land Trusts (CLT's) and landowner updates requests. A closed session may be requested. Discussion and possible action. a. Mayor Johnson (invited), Councilman Payne and staff will share their views on recent City activities and actions. -May 21st City Council discussions regarding Homestead Open Space request -expansion of Midway annexation boundaries b. Utah Open Lands- Wendy Fisher (invited). Update on Midway projects and Heber Valley issues. -Lundin family agreement - North Fields discussions -leveraging state and federal funds c. Wasatch Open Lands Board- Steve Stevens. Discussion regarding Wasatch Co. actions and funding. d. Summit Lands Conservancy- Cheryl Fox (invited). Update on Midway and related Wasatch Back issues. 4. Open Space bond- Discussion of objectives and comments following May 21st City Council presentation. a. City funded public survey. Discussion and possible action. b. Review of draft survey RFP for bids. Discussion. c. Timeline for May-July events for legal and resident activities. 5. Adjournment.
