Midway City Parks, Trails, and Trees Committee Meeting May 28, 2024 Notice is hereby given that the Midway City Parks, Trails, and Trees Committee will hold a meeting at 6:00 P.M., May 28, 2024, at the Midway City Offices located at 75 North 100 West. 1. Approve Minutes from April 23, 2024, meeting. 2. Public Comment Period - 5 Min 3. Update on trails, grants and sewer works and trail reconstruction. 4. Continue discussion of potential use(s) for land near the Hamlets for possible recommendation to City Council. 4. Arbor Day/Founders' Day (June1) 5. Burgi Hill Park - Lafe Connor, science teacher at Wasatch Alternative, possible guest presenter about recommendations for Park to promote Sandhill Cranes. - Wasatch Alternative has grant for signs (2) about Sandhill Cranes and other birds one might see at the Park. - Possible tree donation - hawthorne berry trees near pond. - Possible Eagle Scout Project to grow milkweed.
