Online Open House // New Active Projects Online Open Houses are Held Electronically Without an Anchor Location. How to Attend: Online Open Houses are hosted by the Planning Division as an opportunity for constituents to stay informed, review projects, and provide comments and questions. To attend, click on the project link for each item below. Your input is valuable! Comments & Questions: We want to hear from you! Public comments and questions will be received within the public comment window. To submit a comment or question please contact the assigned planner via email or leave a voicemail, your questions will be answered within a week after the comment window has ended. During and following this comment period, the Planning Division will evaluate the proposal against the applicable zoning standards, taking into consideration public comments as they relate to the standards, and develop a recommendation for the Planning Commission. New Active Projects: The list of new active projects open for public comment is updated bi-weekly. ___ MALTAIR LANES TOWNHOMES - TSA DEVELOPMENT NeighborWorks Salt Lake, represented by Pascal Meyer of Carpenter Stringham Architects, is requesting Planned Development and Design Review approval to develop the property at approximately 1012 W 200 S, in the TSA-UN-T (Urban Neighborhood Transition) zoning district. The proposal is to construct a 13 unit 3-story townhome development consisting of a mix of two- and three-bedroom units on an undeveloped 0.54-acre lot. The proposal consists of 2 buildings and a 21 unit parking lot. Petitions are required for the following modifications desired by the applicant: - Planned Development: Increase in the amount of permitted open space and reduction of the required 10-foot landscape buffer. - Design Review: Reduction in the side yard setback adjacent to a RMF-35 zone and ground floor glass requirements. - TSA Review: Buildings with a TSA score of less than 125 are subject to design review.
