NOTICE OF HIGHLAND CITY COUNCIL PUBLIC HEARING The Highland City Council will hold a public hearing on June 4, 2023 at 7:00 pm, or as soon thereafter as possible, in the Highland City Council Chambers, 5400 West Civic Center Dr, Highland, UT. The City Council will receive public comments concerning the following: - Highland City is considering amending Section 3-612 of the Highland City Development Code related to fences, theme walls, screen walls, and retaining walls. The potential changes include modifying open fencing/opacity requirements along trail and open space corridors, how and when fences can be constructed on retaining walls, and the definition of retaining walls.
