Proposed Executive Municipal Officers Compensation Increases
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the city council of the city of Cottonwood Heights (the 'City') will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, June 4, 2024, at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as practical, at 2277 East Bengal Blvd., Cottonwood Heights, UT. The purpose of the public hearing is to receive input on the City's proposed compensation increases for its executive municipal officers. The schedule of proposed increases may be viewed or copied on the City's website at www.cottonwoodheights.utah.gov and at the office of the City Recorder at City Hall during normal business hours, for at least ten days prior to the hearing. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, the City will make reasonable accommodations to hearing participants that require such accommodations. Request for assistance may be made by calling 801.944.7000 at least 48 hours before the hearing.
The public may remotely hear the open portions of the meeting through live broadcast by connecting to https://www.youtube.com/@CottonwoodHeights/streams, and public comments may be submitted to the City Recorder by email at Recorder@ch.utah.gov up to 4:00 p.m. local time on the hearing date. Comments received after 4:00 p.m. local time on the hearing date will be forwarded to the city council but not entered into the meeting record or addressed during the meeting. A Zoom meeting link will be included in the posted agenda for the June 4, 2024, city council business meeting for those who wish to voice their comments via Zoom during the public hearing.

On Friday, May 24, 2024, a copy of the foregoing notice was (a) published in a newspaper of general circulation in the City; (b) posted in conspicuous view in the front foyer of the City's offices; (c) emailed to the Whitmore Library and the Cottonwood Heights Recreation Center, both located in the City, for posting on their public bulletin boards; and (d) posted on the City's website at www.ch.utah.gov and on the Utah Public Notice website at http://pmn.utah.gov
