1. Mount Sterling Acres Subdivision - A request for a 6-month extension of the effective period of approval to create a new 2-lot subdivision located at ~1850 West 6600 South, near Hyrum, in the Agricultural (A10) Zone.
2. Sadies Farm Subdivision Preliminary Plat - A request to create a 1-lot subdivision with an agricultural remainder on 7.43 acres located at 2865 South 5125 West, near Mendon, in the Agricultural (A10) Zone.
3. Cub River Estates Phase 1 Subdivision Preliminary Plat - A request to create an 8-lot subdivision on 44.4 acres located at ~500 East Cannibal Road, near Lewiston, in the Rural 5 (RU5) Zone.
4. Hunz-Acres Small Subdivision 3rd Amendment - A request to amend the boundaries between Lots 1 & 2 in an existing 5- lot subdivision located at 2865 South 5125 West, near Mendon, in the Agricultural (A10) Zone.
Regular Action Items
5. Nautica Subdivision 1st Amendment - A request to create a new lot (Lot 12) from an agricultural remainder in an existing 11-lot subdivision located at 6600 South 1600 West, near Hyrum, in the Agricultural (A10) Zone. The proposed subdivision amendment requires County Council action to vacate a portion of a County Road.
6. Public Hearing (5:45 p.m.) - Powder Mountain Development Agreement - A request by the applicant to enter into a Development Agreement with Cache County to construct two new ski lifts at the Powder Mountain Resort prior to submitting and getting approval of a Master Plan as required in the Resort Recreation (RR) Zone.
7. Public Hearing (6:00 p.m.) - Title 16 Subdivision Ordinance - Amendments to Title 16 - Subdivision Regulations of the Cache County Code to comply with changes to State Law during the 2024 legislative session.
