Description/Agenda: HELPER CITY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Helper City Council will hold a Public Hearing to receive comments on transferring $350,000 from the electric enterprise fund to the general fund. This is approximately 32.47% of the electric fund budget for FY 2024-2025. The Public Hearing will be held Thursday, June 6, 2024, at approximately 6:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers at 19 South Main Street Helper Utah.
Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA): In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, the City of Helper will make reasonable accommodations to participate in the meeting. Request for assistance can be made by calling 472-5391 at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting to be attended.
Notice of Electronic or Telephone Participation: IT IS POSSIBLE THAT A MEMBER OF THE COUNCIL WILL BE PARTICIPATING BY ELECTRONIC MEANS. THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS SHALL SERVE AS THE ANCHOR LOCATION. MEMBERS OF THE PRESS AND PUBLIC ARE INVITED TO ATTEND.
