PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
Budget for July 1, 2024 - June 30, 2025
PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Hanksville Town Council will hold a Public Hearing to receive comments regarding the 2025 FY Budget
The Public Hearing in conjunction with the
regularly scheduled Council Meeting will begin at
6:00 P.M. ON
Thursday, June 6, 2024
at the Hanksville Community Center
NOTICE AND AGENDA
The agenda shall be as follows:
- Pledge of Allegiance
- Prayer
- Roll Call
- Approval of Minutes from prior meeting
- Approval to pay bills from previous month
- Comments on the budget or 2025 FY budget
- Adoption of Budget for July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025
NOTE: A COPY OF THE BUDGET IS AVAILABLE AT THE HANKSVILLE TOWN HALL, COPY MAY BE VIEWED, BUT MAY NOT BE REMOVED FROM THE OFFICE.

a. R6 - Brock Jackson
b. Update water master plan
c. Rural Water - Authorize to find funding for wastewater improvement
d. Christopher Hagedorn - Get In The Wild - storefront, Hwy-24/Hwy 95 intersection property
- Public Comment:
- Closed Session as per UCA 52-4-204 for strategy session to discuss the purchase of UDOT property at junction of Hwy-24 & Hwy 95 if needed.
