Cedar City Board of Adjustment Agenda June 3, 2024 The Cedar City Board of Adjustment will hold a meeting on Monday, June 3, 2024, at 5:15 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, 10 North Main Street, Cedar City, Utah. Board Members: Dorian Page; Chris Bearnson; Chad Carter; Brittany Fisher; Terry Hermansen; Mark Mumford; John Webster; City Attorney Randall McUne; Building Official Drew Jackson; Executive Assistant Natasha Nava. 1. Call to Order. 2. Approval of Minutes. 3. Approval of Findings of Fact. 4. Request for a Special Exception on frontage requirements and Variance from hard surface requirement for parking and approach on property located at 802 North 4475 West/ Justin and Aime Holyoak/ B.
