PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Brigham City Council will hold a public hearing to receive input on a petition to vacate certain easements with a subdivision amendment application to combine two vacant commercial lots into one lot for a commercial development (medical center) located at 1041 S. Medical Drive, which is south of the Elevate Credit Union and west of Best Western Brigham City Inn & Suites. No utilities will be impacted by said vacation. An exhibit showing the easements is available on the Brigham City Website at https://www.bcutah.gov/page/public-notices-and-hearings The public hearing will be held Thursday, June 20, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. in the Brigham City Council Chambers, 20 North Main Street, Brigham City, Utah. Information regarding this matter is available during business hours by contacting the Brigham City Community & Economic Development Office at (435) 734-6604. Business Hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. APPLICATION # 24-051
