Discussion and approval for EZSSD to cancel the Local Matching Grant Agreement with the Governor's Office of Economic Opportunity (Contract #230630563), dated June 05, 2023 as amended for construction of waterline extension Project. B. Discussion and approval for EZSSD to direct the District Clerk to refund $1 million matching grant tendered by the Governor's Office of Economic Opportunity C. Discussion and approval of amount EZSSD will remit to Zion Peak Water Company from the $1 million matching funds previously deposited by Zion Peak Water Company with the EZSSD as condition of approval for the Local Matching Grant Agreement, inclusive of determining the amount of legal fees, engineering fees, and other costs heretofore incurred by the EZSSD for all aspects of the waterline extension project that will be deducted from the balance of $1 million matching funds that are remitted to Zion Peak Water Company.
