Notice is hereby given that the Logan Municipal Council will hold a budget workshop beginning at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, May 28, 2024, in the Logan Municipal Council Chambers located at 290 North 100 West, Logan, Utah 84321. The budget workshop will be streamed on the City of Logan YouTube channel at: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCFLPAOK5eawKS_RDBU0stRQ AGENDA 5:30 p.m. 1. Call to Order - Chair Amy Z. Anderson 2. Overview of General Budgetary Issues - Richard Anderson, Finance Director 3. F/Y 2024-2025 Budget Workshop Department Presentations: Light & Power - Mark Montgomery - 10 minutes Library - Karen Clark - 10 minutes Police - Chief Jeff Simmons - 10 minutes Public Works - Paul Lindhardt - 15 minutes 4. General Q&A 7:00 p.m. 5. Adjourn On Thursday, May 23rd 2024 at 5:00 p.m. a copy of the foregoing notice was posted in conspicuous view in the front foyer of Logan City Hall, Logan, Utah. A copy was also posted on the Logan City website at loganutah.org and the State Public Meeting Notice website at http://pmn.utah.gov. DATED THIS 23rd day of MAY 2024 Teresa Harris, City Recorder Council Members may participate in the meeting via telephonic communication. If a Council Member does participate via telephonic communication, the Council Member will be on speakerphone. The speakerphone will be amplified so that the other Council Members and all other persons present in the Council Chambers will be able to hear all discussions. In compliance with the American with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations or assistance during this meeting shall notify Teresa Harris, City Recorder, at 435-716-9002, at least 24 hours prior to the meeting.
