Pursuant to ยง52-4-6(2), UCA, notice is hereby given that the City Council of Richfield City, Sevier County, Utah, will hold a regular council meeting on Tuesday, May 28, 2024, in the Council Chambers, Richfield City Center, 75 East Center Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: ( The agenda may be accelerated, or line items may be discussed in any order.)

a. Discuss and consider adopting Resolution 2024-8 supporting the creation of a Utah Inland Port Authority Project Area.
b. Consider adopting Ordinance 2024-7 annexing the property owned by John & Natalie Call and Gordon & Jackie Anderson, located at approximately 1149 North 500 East.
c. Consider adopting Ordinance 2024-8 annexing the property owned by Jeff Albrecht, located at approximately 1249 West 1650 South.
d. Consider adopting Resolution 2024-7 to pick up Tier II Contributions for public safety.
e. Consider adopting a tentative budget for fiscal year 2024-25.
