RIVERTON FIRE SERVICE AREA NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING 2024-2025 FISCAL YEAR TENTATIVE BUDGET NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Riverton Fire Service Area (RFSA) will hold a Public Hearing on June 18, 2024 at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as practical, at Riverton City Hall located at 12830 South Redwood Road, Riverton, Utah. The purpose of the Public Hearing is to receive public comment on the RFSA Tentative Budget for Fiscal Year 2024-2025. Copies of the final budget are available for public review during business hours in the office of the City Recorder located at 12830 South Redwood Road, Riverton, Utah. All interested persons shall be given the opportunity to be heard. Riverton City will make reasonable accommodations for participation in the Hearing. Assistance may be requested by contacting the Recorder's Office at 801-208-3128, providing at least 24 hours advance notice of the Hearing. NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING 2023-2024 FISCAL YEAR FINAL AMENDED BUDGET NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Riverton Law Enforcement Service Area (RLESA) Board will hold a Public Hearing on June 18, 2024, at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as practical, at Riverton City Hall located at 12830 South Redwood Road, Riverton, Utah. The purpose of the Public Hearing is to receive public comment on the RLESA Final Amended Budget for Fiscal Year 2023-2024. Copies of the Final Amended Budget are available for public review during business hours in the office of the City Recorder. Public comment for these items may be submitted via email to recorder@rivertonutah.gov. All comments submitted by Noon on the date of the hearing will be relayed to the City Council.

Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA)

Riverton City Hall is an ADA compliant facility. Individuals needing special accommodations or assistance during this meeting shall notify the City Recorder's Office at 801-208-3126 at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting. Accessible parking and entrance is located on the south end of the building with elevator access to the Council Chambers located on the second floor.
