Notice of Annexation Petition Certification
THN 2 Annexation
You are receiving this notice as the record owner of land either within the annexation, an unincorporated area within a 1/2 mile radius of the area proposed for annexation, as a property owner within 500 feet of the property within the annexation, or as an affected entity.
Notice is hereby given that a petition for annexation has been filed with American Fork City proposing the annexation of 1.308 acres located at approximately 1054 East 300 North. The petition for the THN 2 Annexation, submitted by RBAK Ventures, LLC, includes the property owned by RBAK Ventures, LLC (14:017:0128), Alan Tian (14:017:0132), and John L. and Sandra S. Hansen (14:017:0156). The petition was accepted by the American Fork City Council on April 30, 2024, and the petition was certified by the city recorder and Notice of Certification delivered to the American Fork City Council, County Commission, and sponsor on May 21, 2024.
American Fork City may grant the petition and annex the area described in the petition unless a written protest to the annexation petition is filed with the Utah County Boundary Commission (Alice Black, 100 East Center Street Suite 3100, Provo, Utah 84606) with a copy delivered to the American Fork City Recorder (51 East Main Street, American Fork, Utah 84003 or tlurker@americanfork.gov). Protests must be filed on or before June 21, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. Those who may file a protest to the annexation include the legislative body or governing board of an affected entity or owner of rural real property according to State Code 10-2-407.
