3. Approval of the 14 December 2023 Minutes of the LBA Public Hearing
4. Consideration for Adoption of a Statement Resolution of the Local Building Authority of the Salt Lake City Mosquito Abatement District, Utah: The Local Building Authority of the Salt Lake City Mosquito Abatement District, Utah hereby intends to issue a lease revenue bond. The purpose of said bond is to provide funds to (a) finance the acquisition, construction, equipping, and furnishing of a helicopter hangar, a helicopter fuel station, a laboratory, screened adult bioassay cages, larval bioassay vaults, and all related improvements, and the purchase of a helicopter with equipment to apply mosquito control products (collectively, the 'Project'); (b) fund any required debt service reserve fund; and (c) pay costs associated with the issuance of the Bonds. The estimated amount of the bond is $20,000,000
5. Consideration for Adoption of a Resolution of the Local Building Authority of the Salt Lake City Mosquito Abatement District, Utah, Authorizing the Issuance and Sale of Not More than $20,000,000 Aggregate Principal Amount of Lease Revenue Bonds, and Related Matters
