- NOTICE OF HEARING FARMINGTON CITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY Notice is hereby given, that on Tuesday June 04, 2024, at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as business permits, at the Farmington City Hall, 160 South Main Street, the Farmington City Council will hold a public hearing to consider the following: 1. Adoption of a Conservation Easement Amendment Policy; and 2. An amendment to a recorded conservation easement located in the vicinity of Innovator Drive (approximately 475 North) encompassing land, among other properties, identified by the Davis County Parcel I.D. #'s 08-060-0072, 08-060-0071, and 08-060-0070, to permit public uses as an allowed use within the area covered by the easement. The complete public notice is posted on the Utah Public Notice Website; www.utah.gov/pmn/, the Farmington City Website; farmington.utah.gov, and at Farmington City Hall.
