- Notice of Ordinance Adoption Notice is hereby given that on May 14, 2024, the American Fork City Council adopted Ordinance No. 2024-05-21 which approved amending Section 17.5.126(D) of the American Fork City Code relating to the minimum level of improvements required prior to issuance of building permits.
