- WEST VALLEY CITY INVITATION TO BID Bidders are invited to bid on a Maintenance Project titled 2024 Asphalt Pavement Treatment, Project Number WVC OPS 24-01. Items of work are as follows: Placement of friction mastic surface treatment seal on various roads in West Valley City. The project is located at: Various roads in West Valley City Plans are distributed through Sciquest.com. Sciquest Sourcing Event Number: WVC202426911 Bids will be opened electronically via Sciquest.com. Bid due/opening date shall be on June 11, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. local prevailing time, as conclusively established by Sciquest.com. No public bid opening will be held. Bid results will be made available on the Engineering Division website.
