NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING: Urbana Zoning, Land Use Map Amendments and Development Agreement Requests.
Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the City Council to consider the above listed request. The property is located at approximately 285 W. River Chapel Road. The purpose of the request is to allow 3.82 acres to be developed into 30 single family residential lots.
