- Public Hearing Notice In accordance with Utah Code ยง10-9a-205, the Elwood Town Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on June 4th, 2024 at 7 PM, at the Elwood Town Hall located at 5235 W 8800 N, Elwood, Utah, to take public comments for and/or against Elwood Ordinance 10.15; for a rezone request from Residential (R) to a Master Planned Community (MPC)for property located at approximately 10200 N. 5100 W, Elwood, Utah 84337. Comments and inquiries may be provided to Gina Marble at Elwood City offices; via email; gmarble@elwoodtown.com or phone, (435) 257- 5518. The foregoing Planning Commission public hearing notice was posted and can be viewed at Town Hall, on the City's website www.elwoodtown.com, and at the Utah Public Notice Website at http://pmn.utah.gov. Notice of this meeting will also be duly provided as required by law. Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA) - In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, the City of Elwood will make reasonable accommodations for participation in the meeting.
