BEG AT INTERSEC OF S/L OF SD SEC & W R/W/L OF 4800 W ST LOC S89*40'50'W 33.00 FT FRM SE COR OF SD SW/4, S00*04'46'W 65.70 FT ALG SD W R/W/L NE COR OF PARCEL 04-079-0025, S89*40'50'W 280.67 FT TO NW COR OF PARCEL 04-079-0025, N00*04'46'E 65.70 FT TO S/L OF SD SW/4, S89*40'50'W 159.76 FT ALG SD S/L, N00*00'00'E 1333.91 FT TO WLY R/W/L OF UP RR, S29*41'23'E 891.54 FT ALG SD R/W/L TO W R/W/L OF 4800 W ST, S00*07'10'W 556.96 FT ALG SD W R/W/L TO POB. Notice of certification was received by the Corinne City Council on May 14, 2024. The complete annexation petition is available for inspection and copying at the office of the Corinne City Recorder. Corinne City may grant the petition and annex the area described in the petition unless a written protest to the annexation is filed with the Corinne City Recorder by June 21, 2024.
